Okay so I tried her NEW recipe which I'm not going to put a recipe up because it was a total flop.
So after the failure of that I made the original one. The only addition to the new from the
Original is a teaspoon of ground ginger and one cup of milk. I liked the ginger addition.. couldn't taste the ginger but the flavor was great! I did add a little splash of milk during the mixing of the butter and vanilla. But otherwise this is now the BEST yellow cake and it's definitely in my recipe book now!
I had to do something with the cake as I really just made it to try, so what else besides throw it out?? Have fun! :D
Pictures are sloppy I didn't intend on making them into cakes. But hey.. why waste a good cake?
