White Pizza - Vegetabes

Snowed in yet again..
I was craving something crunchy, gooey, hot, and yummy.
Maybe a "little" healthy too :)

I looked up a recipe for Pizza dough.
The recipe can be found here. I did bake the crust for 15 minutes before adding my toppings.
(For the record: I wasn't crazy about this recipe for pizza dough.)

Pizza Dough

Now for the toppings.. YUM! :)

Veggies

1 1/2 Cup frozen Broccoli Florets, cooked and drained
1 Large Tomato seeded and chopped
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
2 Tbs Garlic Oil (3 cloves minced garlic + 2tbs oil)
8 Tbs Ricotta Cheese

To make garlic oil sautee garlic in a pan over medium heat, once the garlic is cooked remove from heat.
Brush garlic oil onto pizza crust. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella over pizza crust followed by the broccoli and tomato. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella.
Bake in oven 30 minutes or until pizza is golden brown.
About 5 minutes before pizza is finished dollop Ricotta in sections.

Enjoy :)
