I even made a mini ice cream sandwich, filled with Dulce De Leche ice cream.
I used Maldon Sea Salt, and regular unsweetened cocoa.
I loved the flavor of the cookie.
Kind of like a brownie. But better.. did I just say that?..
Okay so the kid in me wanted more chocolate.
1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/3 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
5 Tablespoons Butter
7 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup mixture of Milk Chocolate, Semi Sweet, and White Chocolate Chips
Pre-heat oven to 350ºF
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sift together flour, baking soda, and the salt. I like to double sift.
Melt butter in sauce pan on med-low heat.
Once melted removed from heat and stir in cocoa powder and sugar.
Add the yogurt and vanilla followed by the flour mixture.
Roll in to balls and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
These cookies are delicious.. make sure to have a glass of milk on stand-by!
Chewy and yummy. Definitely reminds me of a brownie.

Those look amazing. Now if I could just get my chocolate chip cookies to be so thick and cake like.

mmmm….I need a couple of those for breakfast. I woke up this morning and it smells like someone baked cookies in my kitchen but I can’t find anything LOL

I’ll definitely have to try these. I love the ones that my local grocery store makes.. but homemade is always much better.

Oh Yum! Great photos!

They look really soft and gooey, just the way I like my cookies. I would rather have them undercooked than cooked right and they taste best right out of the oven. Your right, they do look like a brownie!

I think I’d rather have extra chocolate, too;) I have made chocolate cookies from a brownie mix that were really good but my guess is these are a little healthier and better, too!
