Cookies and Cream, Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!

I don't care what anyone says.

Halloween is fun..

It's fun to dress up, eat candy,

and then gripe about how you ate too much.

It's a tradition that I don't mind repeating every year. :)

It was my father's favorite holiday.

I don't think anyone ever spent as much money as he did on pumpkins.

Seriously.. at least over $150 on just one.

Anyway..

I don't know about you,

but I get excited when I see the Holiday Oreo on store shelves.

So I figured what better way to enjoy them, than in a cupcake!

(Not to mention the package I devoured with a glass of milk)

I tried a new recipe, and really wasn't too thrilled,

although everyone enjoyed them. :)

You can easily just make your favorite vanilla cake,

and add some of these delicious cookies crumbled inside,

and don't forget one for the bottom. (Sliced in half)
