Dr. Praeger's Veggie Pancakes

Dr. Praeger's Veggie Pancakes

I absolutely love vegetables.  I love potatoes more than anything, so when I tried Dr. Praeger's Veggie Pancakes it was love at first bite!  They're almost like a potato latke, but healthier, and much more convenient.

They come individually wrapped and cook 16 minutes in the broiler.  One thing I hate about prepackaged food is that I can barely recognize any of the ingredients in the product.  That is so not the case with Dr. Praeger's products.  They're ingredients you would use at home, and ones that you would trust.

They have plenty of Veggie Pancake Varities, from Broccoli, Spinach, Sweet Potato, and even Traditional Potato! Not only do they have regular pancakes but they also have little bites in cute little shapes for children.  Fun, and healthy!  These pancakes have become quite addicting.  Usually I purchase about a box a week, but my local Shoprite was having a sale so I stocked up on the limit allowed!

I'm so set for the winter months.

Disclaimer: I purchased this product.  Dr. Praeger's has amazing products and I wanted to share my love for this product with you.

I was a little scared by the title ... but then I saw that broccoli pancake. That looks good! I could eat veggies all day long, I'll have to see if my store carries these.

I wish they weren't so uniform and pressed looking, but I know I'll like them. I just might try these out!

I see these at the grocery store all the time and have wondered about them. I buy Golden's zucchini pancakes and their sweet potato pancakes all the time and have been meaning to take a stab at these. Thanks for telling us about them, now I'll just go and buy the.

I love these pancakes! The sweet potato ones are my favorite--they're really good with ketchup mixed with a little bit of chipotle seasoning. :)

I agree with Liz. I wish they looked more free form and not pressed and uniform. But I'm sure they still taste amazing
