How To: Storing your Nonstick Cookware

Calphalon Contemporary 10-Piece Bronze Anodized Edition Nonstick

I absolutely love my  Calphalon Contemporary Bronze Nonstick 10-pc. Cookware Set.  One thing about my appliances and cookware is that I love having them always look like new.  There's no reason I should have dingy looking pans just from the way they're stored.  Aside from taking care of them after each use I make sure that they're protected while they're not being used.

I purchased some shelf liner from my local shopping center and cleaned it with soap and water.  I then cut the liner into pieces big enough to use to separate my cookware.

How to protect your pans

Not only will it keep my cookware cushioned, it prevents my pans from getting any marks when I stack them.

How to protect your pans

Maximizes spaces, and keeps them looking new!
How do you store your cookware?

Disclosure: I was sent the Calphalon Contemporary Bronze Nonstick 10-pc. Cookware Set for a previous review, but was not compensated otherwise. All opinions expressed are my own.

I do the same thing! A friend told me about this several months ago and I've been storing mine this way ever since.

This is such a great idea! I've never thought about the way I store my cookware but this makes complete sense! I must do this. Thanks!

I wish I had thought about that before, because I had a set with that finish and it ended up looking HORRIBLE!

Never thought to do it that way. BUt I don't stack either. I have a very large space under my stove to store pots and pans and those are really nice.

I'm adding them to my Christmas list!

Oooo! Very good tip -- I only have one non-stick pan but I'm going to make sure I do this with it.

What a great idea! Now, if I could get Hubs to stop using metal utensils in them...

I had NO IDEA that you were supposed to care for them that way.

Oh wow, that must keep it from scratching!

Thanks for the tip - I'm always scratching up my non-stick cookware. It's such a simple idea, yet I never thought of it!

That's brilliant! Our things are all stored inside of each other and they definitely look used!

I can't say I take care of my cookware at all. That is probably why it looks pretty old shortly after I get it home ;) Great tips!

That is such a great idea! I am always scared I am going to harm the calphalon enamel.
