It's safe to say that I have a new obsession, and it's my Calphalon XL Digital Convection Oven. In my review post I shared how to make a chocolate chip cake. At the bottom of the post I shared that I couldn't wait to make pizza. Literally I couldn't wait. I'm still trying to find the best pizza dough recipe, so until then I will just share my delicious pizza picture with you. I didn't have yeast in the house so I used a no-yeast dough that wasn't too bad.
Toppings
Sauteed Garlic with Olive Oil
Broccoli
Tomatoes
Mozzarella
Brush the sauteed olive oil and garlic onto the crust and bake for about 10 minutes so the crust gets crispy. Add the broccoli, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
So yummy, I just love my new oven :)
