Bite-Sized Brunch with Land O'Lakes Giveaway!

Whenever I buy eggs I buy Land O Lakes.  I know they're healthy for my family and that makes me happy!  I use them for cooking, baking, and any recipe that calls for eggs.
With many holiday's coming up and summer approaching there's going to be lots of entertaining.  Land O Lakes Eggs are perfect for making many of those recipes that you'll be serving up and they even shared a few Bite-Sized Brunch recipes!

Deviled Egg Salad with Herb and Garlic Croissant Cup

When I make mini Bite Sized Brunch I like to make my Deviled Egg Salad with Herb and Garlic Croissant Cups! It's super easy.  Just make your favorite deviled egg recipe, but add in chopped egg whites not just the yolks.  Take any premade crossiant dough and put into mini muffin tins and brush with a mixture of butter, garlic, and your herb of choice.  Bake and top them with the Deviled Egg Salad.  Easy, right?
