Warming up this winter with #DRAsianMeals!

Malaysia Asian Meals

We absolutely love shopping at Duane Reade and we're incredibly lucky to have a few locations close by!  I'm always there shopping for sweet baby whether it's last minute for diapers or even milk when everything else is closed!   I was so anxious to try the new #DRAsianMeals that include: Malaysian Garlic Sesame Noodle Bowl, Malaysian Shitake Mushroom Noodle Bowl,  Malaysian Lemongrass Noodle Bowl!  We headed out as soon as my hubby got home and we also wanted a sweet treat so we knew just which Duane Reade to go to.

Shopping!

Once we walked into Duane Reade I was shocked!!  We have a few by us, but not as nice and HUGE as this one!  It had 10x the amount of frozen and refrigerated items!  I really hope ours get update - however this is now my new Duane Reade!  So at first I thought that the Asian Meals might be loaded with sodium and MSG, but was pleased to find out that the sodium was pretty low as well as having ZERO MSG!  No preservatives, no trans-fat, and no added coloring made this a smart choice for a quick and easy meal!
If you're excited to try them out you should definitely go to one of their in-store sampling events, and they'll even be handing out a $1.00 off coupon!  Also if you're in NYC head over to the Malaysia Kitchen Winter Market event at Bryant Park, NYC, on Febuuary 20 and 21, 2013 and Duane Reade will have a booth there!!  For exciting news and updates be sure to follow Duane Reade on YoutubeFacebook and Twitter - Malaysia Kitchen can be found on Facebook and Twitter too!

So when I saw them in Duane Reade I fell in love with the packaging!  When you think of quick and easy you think that the container used to eat will be cardboard like other soup mixes do, however this has a nice plastic bowl!  We shopped around picked up all three flavors of the Malaysia Kitchen Asian Meals and headed to the register - we also picked up other things and even found some cute gifts for Valentine's Day so be sure to check out my Google + Story for more pictures!!

Shopping!

Before heading home baby girl fell asleep and hubby ran into a smoothie shop and got us a sweet treat!

Jamba Juice

We crashed as soon as we got home and then today I was all ready to try out the new #DRAsianMeals!  Just a few quick and easy steps!  Basically just take everything out of the packaging!

Place it into the bowl, boil some water and place on the lid!

Within four minutes - you're meal is ready!!

How awesome is that?!   Where I worked we had a cooler that put out boiling water so it's even great for the work place!

My favorite is the Garlic Sesame!  They're all delicious, but if I had to choose my favorite it's anything with loads of garlic !! :)
