We received a gift card to purchase supplies for our activity in the #ToddlerMilkChallenge.
Learning colors and eating with friends. I love having Kay’s friends over and when they come over I always try to have a creative way to have fun each time. This time since Thanksgiving is right around the corner I thought it would be super fun to plan an activity around place settings. Not only did they get to match their lids to their cups, bowls, spoons and fork, but they also were able to take them all home!
It was a fun brain teaser to make them all match their colors. It was fun taking on this Brain Teasers, Milk & Cookie Pleasers Challenge from Happy Family. They sent us a bunch of goodies including their NEW Happy Tot Grow & Shine Organic Toddler Milk.
Their Happy Tot Grow & Shine Organic Toddler Milk offers more DHA, ARA, Iron and Choline than any other leading toddler milk. It provides more essential nutrients than typical cows milk as well. It’s developed for children 12-24 months. Along with that they also sent some Happy Tot Best Friend Toddler Cookies that Kay is absolutely addicted to now. 🙂
Now on to the brain teaser. I set up pieces of paper and crayons. They had to find the matching lids to their cups, bowls, spoons and forks. It was fun seeing them all try and find the matching set. Kay has been really working hard on her colors but she kept asking for pink! Unfortunately I couldn’t find pink in the stores but you can get any bowls you see and colors you like! This doesn’t even need to be for a bunch of children. It’s fun even doing for Kay at lunch time. I’ll set out three different colored bowls and tell her to pick one of the colors that I tell her. Practice makes perfect!!
Once they all matched up their colors they were able to make their own Grow & Shine Organic Toddler Milk and a handful of Happy Tot Best Friend Toddler Cookies! I must say all of the kiddos loved the milk and cookies! I let them all design their own place mat and whatever color they chose to take home. 🙂
