I’m trying to introduce more plant-based foods into my diet, especially a good breakfast, it’s the meal that starts the day! While I’m not saying I’m vegan or vegetarian, I do eat a mostly vegetarian diet. My only struggle is with my husband and getting him to eat plant-based meals. When I heard about Sweet Earth Natural Foods, I couldn’t wait to try them for him! They have made my job and struggle with Chris MUCH easier! He leaves the house in the morning so early that I can’t make him breakfast most of the time because the sun isn’t awake, so I’m not awake. 😉 So what’s a guy to do? He goes and gets an egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit. He feels like crap after and it’s not giving him the energy he needs for the day. He needed a better breakfast, everyone needs to start their day with a good breakfast!

With the Sweet Earth, Natural Foods breakfasts he can pop one in the microwave for just 1 minute and 2o seconds and have a delicious and nutritious breakfast! Not only is it better for him, but it also has fresh ingredients, plant-based, vitamins, fiber, and packed with protein. He was even more on board since the breakfast sandwiches had a real cage-free egg. (They make vegan and vegetarian breakfast sandwiches.) That was a big deal for him. I went to my local Wegmans, Whole Foods, and Target and all of the stores are carrying the Sweet Earth Natural Foods line! I can’t wait to try the other meals.
By having these meals ready just to heat and eat it fits the need and demand for real ingredient vegan and vegetarian options. They have a full line of Farmstand Breakfast Sandwiches, Burritos, and even Artisan Meal Bowls. We even saw just the Benevolent Bacon being sold at our Whole Foods!
The Hearty wholegrain flax seed bread is the perfect choice for the breakfast sandwiches. I’m picky about breakfast buns, and this one is everything I want in a breakfast bun. The oatmeal on top makes it pretty too, don’t you think? 🙂 No biscuits for breakfast here.
Now there’s no need to struggle in the morning to find something healthy to eat. My husband can even pop one out of the box and take with him to work and nuke in the microwave there. I can now sleep soundly while the sun does.
