Serve our Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper Pork Tenderloin Bruschetta Toast for a delicious holiday appetizer. Quick and easy, less than 30 minutes. This post is sponsored by Smithfield.
Everyone loves a meal that cooks in less than 30 minutes. When you slice the pork tenderloin and sear on both sides, you can easily have this entire dish done in less than 15 minutes!
Along with the pork tenderloin, we use fresh bread to make the toast, as well as fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a little salt and pepper for the tomato bruschetta. If you’re not in a rush, you could even roast the pork and then slice before placing it on the toast.
Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork is a go-to during the holiday season. It’s seasoned and ready to go in many different flavors like Roasted Garlic and Herb, Sweet Teriyaki, Steakhouse Mushroom, and Applewood Smoked Bacon. All are ready for a quick and easy meal or dish for entertaining.
