Scrub the potatoes with a vegetable brush and clean well. Then rub them with the avocado oil and seasonings. Avocado oil helps the seasoning stick, or you could use water to make it oil free.
The cook time will vary depending on the size of the potato. We cook for around 35-40 minutes or until fork-tender. Short on time? Partially microwave the potato and then air fry. The crispy seasoned skin is SO good!
We like to top ours with butter or sour cream. Sometimes we'll even eat them plain, the seasoning is that good!
