  • 3 Tbsp . olive oil , divided
  • 1 lb . cooked chicken breasts , chopped
  • 1 clove garlic , chopped
  • 1 ½ cups of water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package Knorr Selects Four Cheese Risotto
  • 3 cups baby Kale
  • 1 cup heirloom cherry tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese


  • HEAT 1 tbsp. of the olive oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Season your chicken with salt and pepper, if you’d like. Add your chicken and cook for about 3-5 minutes until warmed up, or use fresh chicken and cook fully. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • POUR your water, milk, remaining olive oil and Knorr Selects into the same pan. Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat to medium and continue cooking for 7 mins.Toss in the kale and cook 3 minutes more.
  • STIR in your chicken and tomatoes.
  • SPRINKLE with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
