  • 3 cups International Delight® Caramel Macchiato Creamer
  • 3 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water


  • Pour the creamer into a large bowl.
  • Mix the coffee and water.
  • Mix coffee with creamer and pour into ice cube trays.
  • Once the mixture is frozen blend in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a freezer safe container and allow to harden.
  • Scoop out once it reaches desired texture (soft serve or hard ice cream).
