- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 bar of cream cheese , softened
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 12 oz cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 14 oz frozen artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Place chicken into the slow cooker.
Combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and cream of chicken soup.
Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
