Date Caramel Dip for Apples
Our date caramel dip for apples (and more!) is a healthy alternative to reduce sugar caramel. It's a great recipe for a quick easy and healthy snack.

- 1/2 lb dates , you can used pitted if your store has them (skips a step!)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Soak your dates in warm water for about 30 minutes.
Once the dates are moistened remove the seeds.
Place into a high speed blender that has a tamper or use a food processor.
Add in water and vanilla.
Blend until smooth.
