, you can used pitted if your store has them (skips a step!)

water

teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
Soak your dates in warm water for about 30 minutes.
Once the dates are moistened remove the seeds.
Place into a high speed blender that has a tamper or use a food processor.
Add in water and vanilla.
Blend until smooth.
