Bacon Avocado Tomato Sandwich
This bacon avocado tomato sandwich is a delicious twist on the traditional BLT, minus the lettuce.

- 4 Slices Bread
- 6 Slices Bacon
- 1 Large Tomato
- 1 Avocado
In a large pan fry the bacon and once the bacon is fried set it aside.
Place the bread into the pan with the bacon grease and brown until crispy on one side.
Slice the tomato and mash the avocados.
Take your bread and smear on the mashed avocado, slices of tomato and bacon.
Cut and enjoy!
