  • 2 Potatoes , chopped
  • coconut oil , for frying
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sweet Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Place chopped potatoes into a pan and cover with water, boil potatoes until fork tender.
  • Once potatoes are fork tender place them on a cloth (or paper towel) and let the moisture steam away for a few minutes. (By doing this you will reduce the water content and ensure a quick and easy crispy crust when they hit the pan.)
  • Take your chopped potatoes and toss them into a hot pan with a little coconut oil and fry until crispy.
  • Sprinkle with seasonings and enjoy
