Garlic and Parsley Chicken Breasts
This baked chicken breast recipe makes chicken that is super moist and loaded with garlic and parsley

- 1/8 Cup White Wine
- 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- pinch Sugar
- 1/2 - 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
- 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic (we used freeze dried)
- 3/4 Teaspoon Parsley
- Salt and Pepper
In a small sauce pan combine all of the marinade ingredients aside from cornstarch.
Bring to a boil and mix in the cornstarch like a rue with a little of the mixture before adding to all.
Preheat oven to 425
Place chicken on a parchment lined baking sheet and drizzle with marinade.
Sprinkle on garlic and seasonings.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until reaches 165 degrees.
