Ingredients

  • Marinade
  • 1/8 Cup White Wine
  • 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • pinch Sugar
  • 1/2 - 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Marinade
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic (we used freeze dried)
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • In a small sauce pan combine all of the marinade ingredients aside from cornstarch.
  • Bring to a boil and mix in the cornstarch like a rue with a little of the mixture before adding to all.
  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Place chicken on a parchment lined baking sheet and drizzle with marinade.
  • Sprinkle on garlic and seasonings.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until reaches 165 degrees.
