  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs , Italian style


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Arrange the zucchini slices onto a cookie sheet with tinfoil and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
  • Cook for 20 minutes and serve.
