In a skillet heat butter on medium heat
Whisk together the eggs, whole milk, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl.
Dip the bread into the egg mixture and place into a hot pan coated with butter.
Cook toast on each side for 2-3 minutes or until crispy and browned.
For Syrup.
Place all ingredients into a small pan and cook until the fruit is tender and sauce is thickened.
