1 3/4cupmilk
1tbsvinegar
2largeeggs
1/3cupbutter- melted
2 tbssugar
1tspvanilla
1pinchsalt
2cupsflour- all purpose
4tspsbaking powder
Instructions
Mix the vinegar and milk together in a bowl.In a separate bowl mix the eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla.Add in the salt, sugar, flour, baking powder, and milk.Prep your waffle iron by brushing on some melted butter with a silicone brush. Once the waffle maker is ready use a cupcake scooper to add the batter.Cook until the waffles are golden brown.
