Bacon Egg Salad on an English Muffin - Quick and easy breakfast recipe!
- 2 slices bacon
- 3 eggs hard boiled
- 1 tablespoon green onions chopped
- 2 teaspoons mayo
- pepper to taste
In a large bowl mash up the hard boiled eggs.Chop up the crispy bacon and place into the bowl with eggs.Add remaining ingredients and serve on a toasted English muffin.
