Servings: 10 pancakes
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Cream Cheese Syrup
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- * clementines for garnish/flavor
For the pancakes: In a large bowl combine the pancake ingredients.
Heat a frying pan with a little butter and cook the pancakes on both sides for about 2-4 minutes.
Once done place them in a stack and if you want add about 5 chocolate chips between each cooked pancake.
For the cream cheese syrup: Mix the ingredients for the syrup until smooth.
Drizzle the cream cheese syrup over the chocolate pancakes.
