stick softened butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large mixer combine all ingredients aside from eggs and chocolate chips.
Once the ingredients are mixed, add in the egg and yolk. Mix until forms a dough that comes together.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Using a cookie scoop place on a parchment lined cookie sheet and cook for 10 minutes.
Place on a cooling rack and allow to cool before serving or storing.
