Pulled Pork with Mac and Cheese on a Roll!

- 1 lb Pork Shoulder
- 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
- 1 box Macaroni and Cheese
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 Rolls
Cook the pork shoulder in a large pot with water for about 2 hours.
Drain water from pork and leave in about 1 cup. Add in the bbq sauce, shred, and continue to cook for another half hour.
In a separate pan cook the mac and cheese according to package directions.
Cut open your rolls and put in the pork, cheese, and top with the macaroni and cheese.
