Ingredients

ground pork
beef, or chicken

small yukon potatoes
diced & boiled

cup
water

package of taco seasoning

can olives
drained and sliced

hardboiled eggs
chopped
Instructions
In a large pan brown the meat on medium low heat.
Once the meat is cooked thoroughly (about 15-20 minutes) add in water to cover the meat.
Add in potatoes with seasoining mix into the meat.
Allow the seasoning to cook in for 10-15 minutes, covered.
Then add in the olives, eggs, and stir to combine.
Enjoy with sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips.
