Homemade Salsa Bolognese Using Left Over Taco Meat

We use leftover taco meat to make this salsa bolognese recipe so good and full of flavor.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup ground beef cooked
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 4-5 to tomatoes chopped
  • 3/4 cup mild salsa
  • 1/2 package organic pasta of your choice


  • In a large skillet heat oil and beef and seasoning.
  • Add the tomatoes once beef is warm.
  • When the tomatoes are soft add in the salsa and mix, then add the pasta. 
  • Once pasta is fully coated top with cheddar cheese or even a cheddar cheese sauce.
