Homemade Salsa Bolognese Using Left Over Taco Meat
We use leftover taco meat to make this salsa bolognese recipe so good and full of flavor.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup ground beef cooked
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 4-5 to tomatoes chopped
- 3/4 cup mild salsa
- 1/2 package organic pasta of your choice
In a large skillet heat oil and beef and seasoning.
Add the tomatoes once beef is warm.
When the tomatoes are soft add in the salsa and mix, then add the pasta.
Once pasta is fully coated top with cheddar cheese or even a cheddar cheese sauce.
