Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Apples
  • 5 Strawberries
  • 1 1/2 Cups Water

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into your blender (I recommend a Vitamix) and blend for about 2 minutes. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
  • Note: When making raw juices it's best to consume within the hour as oxidation occurs and breaks down the nutrients.
