fresh, chopped (for Middle Eastern Meatballs, leave out for Italian)

cumin
(for Middle Eastern Meatballs, leave out for Italian)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Do not use mint and cumin if you're making Italian Style Meatballs.
Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to get equal amounts of the turkey meatball mixture. Every meatball should be about the same size.
Roll the mixture between your hands to form meatballs.
Place the meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Spray the meatballs with olive oil spray.
Bake meatballs for 25 minutes or until a thermometer shows 165 degrees F.
Notes
You can easily half or even double this recipe. It's great for meal planning!
