  • 2 lbs turkey ground
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup onion minced
  • 1/2 cup parsley fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mint fresh, chopped (for Middle Eastern Meatballs, leave out for Italian)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper fresh cracked
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon cumin (for Middle Eastern Meatballs, leave out for Italian)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Italian
  • 2 large eggs

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Do not use mint and cumin if you're making Italian Style Meatballs.
  • Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to get equal amounts of the turkey meatball mixture. Every meatball should be about the same size.
  • Roll the mixture between your hands to form meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Spray the meatballs with olive oil spray.
  • Bake meatballs for 25 minutes or until a thermometer shows 165 degrees F.
