Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Coffee Folgers K-Cup Black Silk
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place all of the wet ingredients plus sugars into a stand mixer bowl.
  • Sift in dry ingredients together and slowly mixer the cake batter adding in the dry ingredients.
  • Pour batter into a greased bundt pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes for a delicious coffee chocolate bundt cake.
