Ingredients

Chocolate Cupcakes

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1/8 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips mini

Frosting

  • 1 3.4 oz jello pudding chocolate fudge
  • 1 cup milk whole
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in your stand mixer.
  • Once combined, add in the yogurt, milk, vanilla, and egg.
  • Mix fully and then fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Using a small cookie scoop place the cake mixture into the mini muffin tins.
  • Bake for 9-13 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with minimal crumbs.
  • Mousse:
    Combine all ingredients until it forms stiff peaks like whipped cream.
    Pipe onto your desired dessert and top with sprinkles if desired.
