  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • lemon or lime for finishing


  • Place chicken into a dish that you use to marinate chicken.
  • Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken.
  • Marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking in the refrigerator.
  • Grill chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  • Finish off the chicken with a squeeze of lemon or lime.
  • Note: This recipe is enough for 2 chicken breasts, which we thinly slice.
