  • 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place the chicken into an oven safe dish.
  • Cover the chicken with olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and spread the seasoning around all of the chicken.
  • Bake chicken for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F in the thickest part.
  • You can slice or even chop it up and add it to the oregano oil.
