  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 pepper
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Mix together the seasonings and season the top and bottom of the chicken thighs.
  • Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Check the temperature in the thickest part of the chicken and make sure it reaches 165 degrees F.
