Chia Seed Pudding

  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds Wellsley Farms
  • 1 cup Organic Milk Wellsley Farms
  • 1/2 tablespoon Maple Syrup Wellsley Farms
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

Berry Compote

  • 1-2 cups Frozen Berries Wellsley Farms Organic Triple Berry Blend
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup

Chia Seed Pudding

  • Combine the chia seeds with the milk, vanilla, and maple syrup in a bowl.
  • Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes and then mix to break up the chia seeds.
  • Place back in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Once the chia seed pudding is set you can layer with the berry compote and enjoy.

Berry Compote

  • Add frozen berries to a saucepan and cook on medium-high heat, mixing around until they break down and begin to boil.
  • Once the mixture is boiling reduce the heat to medium-low and allow the mixture to thicken and reduce.
  • Taste the compote and add sweetener if needed. If too sweet you can add lemon or orange juice/zest.
