Instructions
Chia Seed Pudding
Combine the chia seeds with the milk, vanilla, and maple syrup in a bowl.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes and then mix to break up the chia seeds.
Place back in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Once the chia seed pudding is set you can layer with the berry compote and enjoy.
Berry Compote
Add frozen berries to a saucepan and cook on medium-high heat, mixing around until they break down and begin to boil.
Once the mixture is boiling reduce the heat to medium-low and allow the mixture to thicken and reduce.
Taste the compote and add sweetener if needed. If too sweet you can add lemon or orange juice/zest.
