Ingredients
3Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1lb. cooked chicken breasts, chopped
1clovegarlic, chopped
1 ½cupsof water
1cupmilk
1package Knorr Selects Four Cheese Risotto
3cupsbaby Kale
1cupheirloom cherry tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
1tablespoonparmesan cheese
Instructions
HEAT 1 tbsp. of the olive oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Season your chicken with salt and pepper, if you’d like. Add your chicken and cook for about 3-5 minutes until warmed up, or use fresh chicken and cook fully. Remove from pan and set aside.
POUR your water, milk, remaining olive oil and Knorr Selects into the same pan. Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat to medium and continue cooking for 7 mins.Toss in the kale and cook 3 minutes more.
STIR in your chicken and tomatoes.
SPRINKLE with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
