  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 heaping tablespoons plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5-7 frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana (spotted is best!)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
