Large Tomatoes

Olive Oil

Garlic
, chopped (1 for each tomato)

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cooked Penne
Fresh Chopped Parsley
Instructions
In a small sauce pan cook bring the tomatoes to a boil and reduce to medium-low allowing them to cook down.
In a small saucepan sauté the olive oil with chopped garlic and red pepper flakes.
Mix the olive oil and garlic with tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in cooked penne and top with parsley.
*Notes: If you do not like fresh tomatoes use canned
If you like a thicker sauce use 1/2-1 tablespoon tomato paste.
