  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs (less or more depending on moisture of mixture)


  • Combine all the ingredients and fry in a frying pan with a little oil.
  • Cook until the desired temperature, we like them well done and cook for 25 minutes.
  • Serve with over salad with sweet balsamic onion Relish, blue cheese, and tomatoes.
