1 3/4CupsGranulated Sugar
1 3/4 CupAll Purpose Flour
3/4CupUnsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 TeaspoonBaking Powder
1 1/2 TeaspoonBaking Soda
1TeaspoonSalt
2Large Eggs
1 1/8CupMilk
1CupHot Coffee
1TeaspoonVanilla

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients into a stand mixer and mix for 2-3 minutes.
The batter will have a runny consistency.
Fill cupcakes about 2/3 full, or two 9" cake pans 2/3 full.
Bake for cupcakes for 12-15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted shows minimal crumbs.
