Ingredients

apples
finely chopped (we went apple picking and they were much smaller then what you'd get in the grocery store!)
1
lb
ground pork
2
teaspoons
maple sugar
1/2
teaspoon
ground sage
pinch
of himalayan sea salt and pepper
Instructions
In a small sauce pan cook the apples until softened using a little water.
Once the apples are softened fold mix them and the seasonings into the pork.
Form into patties and cook in a pan about 3-5 minutes per side.
Enjoy with a drizzle of maple syrup and a fried egg on top!
*You can also cook the sausages in a sprig of fresh rosemary for more flavor!
