Instructions
Dressing:
In a blender or food processor blend all the salad ingredients together until smooth.
For pepper salad bowls:
Make sure all your vegetables are nice and clean. Cut the tops of your peppers and remove all the insides so you have a bowl.
Toss the romaine with the chopped vegetables and about 2-3 tablespoons of the dressing. Divide the salad into the pepper bowls and serve.
