Raw Apple Cider
Raw Apple Cider is made by blending delicious fresh apples in a blender. A healthy whole juice recipe.
- 2 Cups Apples
- 5 Strawberries
- 1 1/2 Cups Water
Put all the ingredients into your blender (I recommend a Vitamix) and blend for about 2 minutes. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Note: When making raw juices it's best to consume within the hour as oxidation occurs and breaks down the nutrients.
