Coating

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
Mix together the muffin ingredients until just combined.
Fill greased muffin tins about halfway filled.
Bake muffins 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Mix together the cinnamon and sugar coat, do not mix in the butter, leave separate.
Once muffins are done baking remove from muffin pan and dip into melted butter.
After dipping into the melted butter coat the muffins with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
