Pork Fried Rice with Roasted Garlic and Herb Pork Loin
Delicious and filling Pork Fried Rice! Leftover cooked white rice paired with veggies and Smithfield® Roasted Garlic & Herb Marinated Fresh Pork Loin Filet.
Place the pork into an oiled skillet and saute until fully cooked through to an internal temperature of 145F, about 5-7 minutes depending on how small or big the chunks are.
Set the pork aside and then get started on the rice.
Clean the skillet and then heat up some more oil, then add in the onions, carrots, and scallions.
Cook the vegetables until they're tender and onions are slightly translucent.
Add in a scrambled egg and cook together.
Once the egg is cooked, add in the rice, soy sauce, and cooked pork, then stir to combine.
Finish with sesame seeds and garnish with green onions.
