1cupWellsley Farms Tropical Fruit Blendstrawberries separated for red/pink only
2smallBananas
1-2cupsWater
Instructions
Start off by making the smoothies. You'll be doing a layered smoothie and then topping with the plain seltzer.
To create pink/red mix the strawberries, 1/2 banana, and water. To create the green color, we mixed mango, pineapple, and spinach with water.
Once both smoothies were blended, we created a layered smoothie in a glass cup.
Then we slowly poured in the seltzer water.
Once the bubbles go down you could add a little more seltzer.
Then serve right away! When the colors mix, they may get a little brown, but it's still delicious. You could even serve the colors separately if you'd like.
