  • 1 bottle Wellsley Farms Seltzer
  • 2 cup Wellsley Farms Spinach
  • 1 cup Wellsley Farms Tropical Fruit Blend strawberries separated for red/pink only
  • 2 small Bananas
  • 1-2 cups Water

  • Start off by making the smoothies. You'll be doing a layered smoothie and then topping with the plain seltzer.
  • To create pink/red mix the strawberries, 1/2 banana, and water. To create the green color, we mixed mango, pineapple, and spinach with water.
  • Once both smoothies were blended, we created a layered smoothie in a glass cup.
  • Then we slowly poured in the seltzer water.
  • Once the bubbles go down you could add a little more seltzer.
  • Then serve right away! When the colors mix, they may get a little brown, but it's still delicious. You could even serve the colors separately if you'd like.
