chuck roast

tablespoon
olive oil

ranch dressing mix

packed
dry au jus gravy mix

cup
pepperonchini juice

pepperoncini peppers

butter
cut into slices - (1/2 stick)
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
Place the roast into the skillet and brown on each side for about 5 minutes.
Transfer roast to crock pot and pour any juices over the roast.
Sprinkle with ranch dressing and gravy mixes onto the roast.
Add peppers and sliced butter on top of the roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender
Serve with mashed potatoes or your favorite sides.
