Pour the white chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time and mix in between scrapping down the sides of the bowl to mix the warm chocolate with the cooler chocolate. Mix and microwave until the chocolate is fully melted. Note, the chocolate will not be completely melted once done, stirring distributes the heat and further melts the chocolate without cooking too long.
Using a tablespoon measuring spoon measure one tablespoon of the white chocolate and pour the chocolate into the molds.
Use a rubber spatula or pastry brush to spread the chocolate inside of the sphere molds.
Let the chocolate harden and set for about 30 minutes.
Once the chocolate is set carefully remove the chocolates from the molds. Do not pull on the chocolate, push it gently out and remove it once it's completely free.
Heat a small skillet on the stovetop on medium heat. Carefully place half of the chocolate bomb halves onto the skillet open side down to make them even all around.
Fill each of the flattened sides of chocolate halves with your desired hot cocoa mix and hot chocolate toppings.
Take the other halves and carefully place them onto the skillet and then press them onto the filled sides to seal the chocolate bombs. You can add some melted white chocolate if there are any gaps or openings.
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave the same way you melted the white chocolate. Once the chocolate is cool enough to handle pour into a piping bag or ziploc bag with the tip cut off. Draw eyes, a mouth, and a dot for the nose. Place the sprinkle on the nose dot. We use the chocolate so it sticks.
Gift or enjoy your snowman hot chocolate bombs in some warm milk.
